CASE STUDY

In order to test a new retail channel for the brand, we created The Keurig® Boutique: a joyful pop-up store located at Yorkdale Center (Toronto). Passers-by were stopped in their tracks by a 3D printed K-Mini Plus™ train and were invited to brew themselves a free cup of coffee using the brand’s newest innovations. To add an holiday flavor to the experience, a topping bar allowed customers to customize their coffee while a calligraphy artist was personalizing Christmas card written with coffee. The activation was a huge success among consumers, with an average dwell time of over 5:30 and hundreds of brewers and products sold during the activation.
